I am Sava and this is my blog. First thing first! English is not my first language! So please if you have problems with my spelling or syntax don't comment on it. Comments on what I am writing and my ideas are very welcome but stupid remarks about centre or center-NO FUCKING WAY! Had enough some of my friends on Facebook to correct me! This is my blog and will write as I want and what I want.
That was a bit harsh for starters but some ppl pissed me off.
So why am I writing this?Hmmm...through the years I noticed that men getting older start writing poems, essays,books you name it they write.I laughed a lot when I read some works of my dad's friends but here we go-I am the next clown in the line!:)Probably we think that we have something very important to say and that everybody needs to read it!BS.I don't have really an clear idea what i am going to do with it but sometimes I have lots to say and because my work is far away from friends and family decided that this will be easier for me to establish a link with many ppl at the same time without repeating myself over and over again.Now to these people who might stumble upon this blog!WARNING!!!!language could be quite primitive and some times very rude!!!So after this out of the way we can carry on with our mix thoughts.:)
I write what is in my head at the moment and it could be flashes going back and forward.
Because of my job(skipper) I do travel a lot and meet constantly new ppl that's why sometimes will be about interactions between us or talks.Could be some great fishing experience or diving or sailing-absolute hodge-podge of writing.Would love to share and discuss if some of you decide to comment on it though.Politics and religion might get involved as well but be aware that as many ppl on the planet so many opinions on both so I have one too!
I'd love one day this blog to become more like a travel experience of a sailor going around the world but at the moment I am stuck here in the Caribbean and try to make my living.I know,I know....Caribbean,sun,beaches....blah,blah....If it's so good why the islands have such small population?Why the ppl want to immigrate to USA or Western Europe and not coming over here with ships,planes and so?Why?Because you have to have certain personality to come and work and make living at the same time to feel comfortable around here.Coming for a week or two is not the same.You have to see real bureaucracy at action, real corruption.I come from Bulgaria and the people there think that they live in the most corrupt country in the world-wrong!Here a few families rule and every one else get royally fucked!It's nice when you like sex especially from behind but at some point becomes too much and start thinking:Am I crazy?I live in the paradise according to my friends!?Am I so different?And start doing small interviews around my co-workers and realize that I am not alone.Here comes the next question:Why am I here?Like everyone else here because of the nature,climate,waters,wind,sailing!And these things help you a lot when you meet The Wall of indifference by the locals.
What can I say?At the moment I am at anchor in extremely beautiful anchorage-lots of stars absolute quietness and I hear the waves gently lapping on the side of the boat!Absolute Bliss!Moments like this make your stay indefinite.The other reason for us to b here is that things from the "real" world come very distant and sporadic in these latitudes. Terrorist attacks, taxes(none),electricity bills,water bills sewage bills, counsel tax all of it non-existent here!:)BUT-whatever you save from these things you pay it to the government officials as a work permits,bribes and so on....:)
To wrap it up:
Great place and nature bur shite politicians(like every where in the world by the way)Why there is not an anarchist country in the world so I can go and immigrate there???Real anarchy?Any suggestions on the matter?Probably because human conscience has not reach the level when the humans can't deal without any leadership whatsoever?We still love to be like flock of sheep surrounded by guard dogs,kicked and whistled by Sheppards who also milk us,shear our fleece and when we become redundant kill us! Ha,I like this!So how will anarchist society work?How did the hippy communes work?There should be a way but because we have such limited vision and such limited demands it's so easy for some smug conmen who call them politicians to rule us and exploit as much as they can!
It's 12:08 am and I need to go to bed!Have to work in the morning.Limited demands I have and love to be part of my flock till I find the big bad wolf who will eat me while I try to escape from the rest!:)Safety is in the numbers!Another great quote pinning us down!Outside is dark and cold and bad people want your life.Stay in and you'll be fine!:)Nobody needs your individuality!Be part of us and do what you've been told to!
